School, College & Coaching for Team Malik 👊 today & mire memories from 1 & 2 years ago popped up 🙄 such find memories 💕 but we all soo wish Sumner was still with us 💔
Feeling soo tired today 😴 as lots going on.
Jon Proctor was heading south today 🙄 so he popped in to K2 to watch Team Malik squash training 👊 then all went out for dinner as a treat 😍had a good time with Jon Tboy 😜 
& then dropped him off to his hotel for the 🙄 evening as he's going back tomoz ☀️ to sunny Newcastle 😔 fanx for the vegan treats 💕 
Ladies squash training at K2 in the morning 🎾 so if your free pop down for a hit & get fit 😜
