Sumner Monday

Felt dizzy last night 😢 & woke up this morning with a headache 🤕 
Had kiwi & Blueberry's for breakfast 😊
Went to school & when mum got to work at lunchtime 😕 my still had a headache 🤕
I stayed at school coz mum was there 😢
After school we went to our Monday squash squad at k2 crawley 😊
Dad said that I trained really well considering 🤕 Even though I was upset at trying to do the plank today at training 😕 my bum felt heavy so I found it hard to hold the position 😢 Dad told me to go to the loo 😕😢 not helpful 🤕
After squash we went home for dinner savoury organic mince with mash, along with roasted celery & steamed broccoli 😍
We also had a big boxed surprise from one of my co commentators at Squash TV 😊 Joey Barrington

Also had notification that 2 lovely ladies had raised some monies for me 🤕 
Niki Roberts raised £66 from her Southdowns Marathon & her hubby donated 6 bottles of wine for the silent auction mees finks 😕 Fanx ❤ also
Jess Sanderson did a works charity lunch & raised around £70 as well 😍 Wow thank you so much ladies 😍 xx
